If I think about what our biggest differentiator is, I do know that property

managers that offer a website solution inside of their property management system,

they do have a way to manage documents because they are managing those documents for

their association members within the confines of their property management software.

So, I can’t say we’re the only one doing that because I know that’s not the case.

But what I can tell you from the hundreds of associations that we do manage, if an

association moves ahead with us, they sign up for a license, they have an option to

choose either a self -managed or a fully -managed. A self -managed means they’re doing

everything themselves, which, again, is a time suck for them. They’ve got to have a

person sitting at their desk uploading documents and doing all of that information.

With the fully -managed solution, we do everything for them. So as long as somebody

emails us the documents, the meeting minutes, the financials, we always say within 24

hours, the documents are uploaded, but it’s usually within six, sometimes within one.

So as long as myself or one of my team members is online and Association XYZ says,
