We not only make it easy for you to create your association website, but we also ensure you remain fully compliant with Florida law (or whatever state you may be). Our service is cost effective, secure and very easy to use.
Your subscription includes secure hosting on the MyCommunitySite.com servers and is included in your license fee.
You do! When you register for the service, you’ll be able to create a free subdomain for your site (example: yourassociationname.mycommunitysite.co). This can be used as a public site, private site, or both.
You can also use a domain name you already own or register a new domain name. Just contact us, and we’ll be happy to help you point that domain to your new site with us.

Nope! The service is designed so you (or we) can easily create, update, and manage your site and documents without any programming at all. And if you need help, we are an email or phone call away.
Yes! You can create pages based on your specific site requirements and upload content that is unique to your association needs. You can customize the pages with page type names, category names, color options, and more.
The service is offered as a month-to-month subscription OR as a yearly license. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with 30 days written notice to our support team.
Very. We use industry standard encryption (SSL) for your site and your documents. Your data is secure, and we never share your information with anyone.
This depends on you. Simply sign up, add your content, upload your member list, and launch! If you have your content ready to go, you can be up and running in a few days.
- $60/month self-managed subscription (or $648/year)
- $95/month fully managed subscription (or $1026/year)
As you can see, you’ll receive a 10% discount if you pay up front for the year on either subscription option.
We also have an option for you to choose the self-managed subscription to manage your content once the site is live but our team will do the site build for you. This fee is $500.
We always recommend that you talk with your legal counsel to find out exactly which documents you should have on your site. The site is created to allow you to add as many categories and as many documents as you’d like!
Yes! The service is designed to provide all HOAs and Condo Associations, of any size, the flexibility you need to manage all of your association documentation and information. In fact, we have worked with country clubs, RV Parks, and other association types as well.
You can upload all the documents you need to create your site and maintain compliance with legal requirements. You can create as many pages as you need as well. However, we do have a 30 mb file size limit per file uploaded.
Yes! We have an email messaging feature built right into the platform. This is a one way (no reply) communication OUT to your members who are in the database, regardless of whether or not they have created an account.
You have members only, board members, and site admin permissions. You can create public pages that everyone can see, private pages just for the board, and private pages that are members-only view.
